18 - 21 JUNE 'Introduction' - an optional date for the beginners course.

5 - 8 JULY 'Introduction to Alternative Processes & Bookmaking' - a course led by guest lecturer Martyn Greenhaulgh, also resident in France.

17 - 20 SEPTEMBER 'Documentary'. An opportunity to visit, document and sample some of the produce from the superb orchards and vineyards
